Shipping Policy

At The Valorys, we make it a point of honor to offer you high-quality products. This is why the majority of our items are made or prepared on demand.

Here is all the information regarding the steps and timeframes for processing your order.

1. Production Time (Processing)

  • Timeframe: 5 to 7 business days

Each order is handled with special care. This production time corresponds to the period needed to manufacture, customize (if applicable), quality-check, and package your items. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Time (Delivery)

  • Timeframe: 10 to 20 business days

Once your order is carefully prepared, it is handed over to the carrier. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days depending on your location.

Please note: The total timeframe between the moment you place your order and the receipt of your package at your home is therefore the combination of the production time and the shipping time (amounting to approximately 3 to 5 weeks in total).

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your delivery in real time directly on our website (or via the carrier's website).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and transparently displayed at checkout, before your payment is validated.
