Returns and Refunds Policy

At The Valorys, each jersey is crafted with the utmost care and made exclusively to order according to your specifications.

1. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations regarding custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, as our items are made to order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind.

Error in measurements or size selection when placing the order.

Personal aesthetic preference.

2. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If, despite our quality controls, your product shows a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part compared to your original order:

Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your order to report the issue to us.

Procedure: Please contact us at the following address: contact@thevalorys.com, enclosing a precise description as well as photos of the noted defect.

Solution: After verification and confirmation of the defect by our team, we will proceed, at our expense, with either a product replacement or a full refund.

3. Condition of Returned Products (in case of defect)

To be eligible for a return in the event of a defect, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed.

In its original packaging.
